The studio is situated in the High Street, Old Portsmouth, with views over the Cathedral and Spinnaker Tower. It is fully equipped with reformers, stability chair, and also small equipment such as baby arcs, feldenkrais rollers, physio balls, and wobble boards. All of which encourage clients to develop proprioceptive awareness and core stability.Shared studio sessions allow you have individual attention, following a programme that is specific to your needs. Although sessions are shared, you will still follow your own programme.

 Prices:- Private sessions (1 Hour) 1 session £40, 2 sessions £70 (£35 each session) 4 sessions £130 (£32.50 each session)

Studio Sessions (1 hour) 1 session £22, 2 sessions £40(£20 per session) 4 sessions £72 (£18 per session) 8 sessions £136 (£17 per session)

Matclasses each 1 hour - block of 4 classes £40 (£10 per class), block of 6 classes £48 (£8 per class)

All sessions to be paid for in advance.  48 hours notice is required for cancellation otherwise the full fee may be charged.

 

Mat work classes are held at the following venues:-

Monday 10.00 - 11.00 & 11.00 - 12.00  Red Cross Hall, East Cowes

Tuesday 18.00–9.00  & 19.00 - 20.00The George Street Centre, Ryde, Isle of Wight

Friday 17.30 - 18.45 at the studio

Saturday 09.30 – 10.45 at the studio

Price for classes: Course of 6 classes £48

There are no refunds for missed classes.
