To celebrate the launch of the Pilates Studio there will be an open day on Saturday 1 March, with two matwork taster sessions, one starting at 9.30 until 10.45 and the other starting at 11.15 until 12.30.  Please phone to book your place as numbers are limited.

The new studio is situated in the High Street, Old Portsmouth, with views over the Cathedral and Spinnaker Tower.  It is fully equipped with reformers, stability chair, and also small equipment such as baby arcs, feldenkrais rollers, physio balls, and wobble boards. More information here…
